Our most elegant gastronomic experience at The Burman Hotel is Écrin, with its exquisite caviar menu inspired by the precious pearl and its rare quality. Before the restaurant's opening, Écrin's head chef Alexey Aleksandrov refined his culinary skills in several three-Michelin-star restaurants across Europe, exploring the ingredients and contemporary culinary artistry of our neighboring countries. Écrin is the only restaurant in Estonia to offer Royal Belgium caviar, paired with the highly acclaimed Maison Krug as our house champagne.

Please be advised that our dress code is smart casual. We kindly request that no pets be brought to the venue. We respectfully welcome young guests aged 8 and above who are accustomed to the fine dining experience. Please be advised that we exclusively serve our standard menu and do not offer a children's menu or modified versions of our dishes.
