At Restaurant Bühlmann, we see the food through the seasons, and handpick each of their best ingredients to create gastronomic sensory experiences. Our roots in Switzerland and the history of the manor Scheelsminde are important elements when we create reinterpreted food experiences with respect for the classic virtues. In the kitchen there is always room for the small adjustments that make the food taste a little like it did in the old days.
