morzsa is a group of friends and family and we make you a creative, shokunin attitude gastro lab for awesome staying, eating and drinking experiences. practically morzsa is: a michelin bib gourmand, progressive bistro cuisine, an artisan, sourdough bakery, a natural wine bar and a specialty café under one roof

to enjoy morzsa's all day (daytime) gastro experience, no table reservation needed

later in this year, we are going to open our brand new casual fine dining venue, called durva. this is a refind, but still laid back boutique restaurant showcasing essence of our past decades spent in gastronomy and design

while our new place is building, durva is a special guest star at morzsa, for 3 nights every week. we offer an experimental, progressive, multicourse dining experience for clients with curiousity and a keen focus on gastronomy. this experience is for reservation only, via this surface

upon reservation, you have two options to choose: the full dining experience (everything we prepared that time) and the light dinner that is some kind of insight of the full menu

to secure reservations we need to charge a prepayment. prepayment of dining guests will be deducted from your final bill

you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the booked arrival time free of charge. in this case we will refund you your full prepayment. in case of late cancelation or no show we need to keep prepayment to cover our expenses
