BASE Eat & Heat will open 13.12.2024!

You can easily reach BASE by gondola from the lower stations of Ruka Village or Ruka Valley to the top of Saarua. Tickets are available at Ruka ticket sales points.

Please note that the gondola may be closed in strong winds for safety reasons. If it’s closed, you can reach BASE using the Saarua Express until 7:00 PM. After that, you can leave on foot along a marked trail.
