In Strindberg Haukilahti, the maritime atmosphere is combined with the traditions of Nordic food culture and today's international flavors. On the menu you can find all the classic dishes prepared with familiar recipes, from Strindberg's meatball to Rydberg's steak, with maritime elements bringing additional spice to the other dishes on the list. Experienced and respected chef Jaakko Sorsa has been responsible for designing the new menu.
