The Gobi project is a modern Georgian cuisine restaurant. The main goal is to introduce guests to the traditions of ancient Georgian cuisine in the key of a modern author's kitchen and to receive guests warmly and hospitably. Our chef's idea is to take the gastronomic recipes and traditions of different regions of Georgia and modernize them with the help of haute cuisine technologies.
