In the former historic Hotel Prindsen you will find Florentz Café & Brasserie.
We strive to make all our dishes food from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

We value professionalism and quality first and our skilled waiters and chefs take great pride in training future colleagues in gastronomy, as well as in creating a nice and pleasant atmosphere for our guests.

We also offer larger parties in our function room which can accommodate up to 60 people and meeting groups of up to 16 people in the Florentz's meeting room.

Opening hours for the restaurant are: Monday to Thursday at 11.30 - 22.00 and Friday to Saturday at 11.30 - 23.00. Sunday is reserved for companies.
