ROKS Pop-up in Tivoli

We look forward to welcoming you at the ROKS Pop-up restaurant in Tivoli.

You will find us in the Japanese tower, which is located in the middle of beautiful Tivoli.

Tivoli writes:

An exceptional seafood experience awaits Tivoli's guests,

when the Japanese Tower offers the Faroese restaurant ROKS' pop-up inside from 13 October to 5 November.

ROKS is the sister restaurant to the two-star Michelin restaurant, KOKS, which visited Tivoli in the summer of 2021.

It is the head chef, Poul Andrias Ziskas, from the two-star parent restaurant,

who together with the head chef at ROKS, Mantas Vaidelis, have put together the unique menu - especially for Tivoli's guests.

The Faroe Islands are known for the abundance and quality of their fresh fish and shellfish –

an abundance that Tivoli's guests can enjoy during this year's Halloween season.

The menu thus consists of fresh and resilient fish and shellfish from the cold waters of the Faroe Islands.

At ROKS' pop-up in Tivoli there will be full focus on the pure flavors of the unique, fresh ingredients

and to show the best that Faroese gastronomy has to offer.

We would like to draw your attention to:

That all reservations must be pre-paid for the menu and that the entrance to Tivoli is not included.

The menu is a fixed menu for lunch at DKK 800 per person. person and for the evening at DKK 1,200 per person (excl. fee).

We reserve the right to guarantee your reservation only if it is confirmed by prepayment of the menu.

Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions 24 hours before your reservation.

Please notice that the menu cannot be made vegetarian or vegan.
