You will find us in the Japanese tower, which is located in the middle of beautiful Tivoli.

Icelandic Restaurant Dill offers something as unique as Icelandic Michelin food - and from 2 August to 10 September you can taste a bite of their food universe at Tivoli.

Owner and head chef Gunnar Karl Gìslasson serves unpredictable and creative fine dining, which on the one hand has its feet deeply planted in Icelandic food traditions and ingredients - and on the other hand is bursting with modern techniques, playfulness and international outlook.

With Dill, Tivoli's guests get a unique opportunity to taste Icelandic food from the top shelf without having to find the passport and exchange currency. Gunnar Karl Gìslasson comes to Tivoli with a menu that is built on Icelandic ingredients and at the same time draws on inspiration and techniques from his time from a number of top restaurants in Denmark and New York.

The menu is a fixed menu for the evening for DKK 1,200 per person (excl. fee)
