STUD!O Pop-up in Tivoli

Dear guest.

We look forward to welcoming you and your company at STUD!Os Pop-up restaurant in Tivoli.

You will find us in the Japanese tower, which is located in the middle of beautiful Tivoli.

Tivoli writes:

From 21 April to 25 June, Restaurant STUD!O welcomes you to the Japanese Tower in Tivoli. Restaurant STUD!O has roots in traditional craftsmanship, but challenges habitual thinking and is constantly looking for new ways to taste with edge and character.

Chef Christoffer Sørensen has put together a complete 9-course gastronomic experience, which reflects the budding spring and has special emphasis on gently caught fish, Danish oysters and squid as well as the seasonal offerings of greens, supported by pickles and fermentations.

Christoffer Sørensen has been named young chef of the year in the Michelin guide and has achieved Global Master Level in the Danish White Guide. In addition, he is nominated in two categories at this year's Dish Competition, which is chosen by Danish Food Reviewers.

Restaurant STUD!O is currently finding new premises, so the pop-up restaurant in Tivoli is the only chance to experience their food over the summer.

We would like to draw your attention to:
